New fence and gates look good. Cal-Pro builds the fence on-site, rather than installing pre-built panels. Not sure if that is better, but it's different. (Gates are pre-built in their shop.) Estimator/salesman was excellent. Installing crew was good, but we had to call them back to fix a couple of things. And we never did get the gate handle for the inside of the back gate. Black latch hardware was just painted, and so the paint chipped everywhere the two sections of the latch came into contact.
I have tried to reach the company recently, to get a quote on doing another section of fence. But my emails have not been answered, and I just get a phone company recording when I try their phone numbers. When I click a link to their website, it takes me to a different fence company in Mishawaka. So maybe they have moved and changed their name, or merged with another company.

I contacted Cal-Pro, having used them for a fence project several years ago, and they set up a time to come out to give a quote. It took a couple of weeks to get the estimate, and once I received it I returned it to confirm commitment. I heard nothing for several weeks despite using their web site to send an email, twice. I finally called them and was told I was on the list for the next day! They didn't come the next day, but did come the following day. Their work is very good and they stand behind their work. Communication is the only issue.
