Mr. Brown sent me an estimate almost immediately and contacted me the next day. He and an associate arrived at our house, immediately went to work hauling a heavy old water heater up stairs and out to his truck. Then returned to the basement to lift a heavy tv up from the basement, another from the garage and one from the den. It was hot and both men worked tirelessly and were finished in 15 minutes. Very pleased with Brown Home Improvement and would definitely request his services again.
