Overall great repair service company. Very quick response through email and scheduling the appointment. The repair guy was very knowledgeable about Electrolux appliances and took the time to give me tips about my dryer and washer. He quickly repaired the problem and walked me through what caused the problem. Great customer service and an affordable price. Highly recommend their services.

A few months later the refrigerator was actually repaired by someone who knew what they were doing. He was not expensive, but did nothing.

Not that well! The contractor was difficult to communicate with, and was not in a hurry to complete a job which was very important to us. Ultimately, work was satisfactorily completed -- but it took quite a while.

He come twice, once for the washer machine and repaired it. It works beautiful. He fixed the face plate on the dryer and the contacts went bad. He fixed it.
