EXTREMELY BAD ON PHONE...SARCASTIC, CONFRONTATIONAL...NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY STILL HAVE MY DAD'S, WHO IS NOW DECEASED, STEREO SYSTEM AND REFUSE TO GIVE BACK TO ME. THE GAL IN THE OFFICE IS HELPFUL BUT THE OWNER IS AN A******!
