All went well just ok longer than expected. More care could have been taken around the edges.. would use their services again

Floors refinished in a timely manner however, a mess was left behind. Also floor boards were damaged and there was some overspray on the stain.

Great work. Went out of their way to make sure we were totally satisfied with the finished product.

I have just moved to town and wanted to get the upstairs floors, most of which had been painted by a previous owner for some unknown reason, sanded and refinished before the movers arrive with my furniture. Rhonda was amazing, we got it set up quickly and she was amazingly accommodating at getting the work done on my timeline. Of course it was easier for her guys to do the work while the rooms were empty so I guess it worked out for both of us but she was still amazing. The floors are done now and dry but not completely hardened. We were afraid that there would be cracks filled with paint that I'd have to live with but they actually turned out so well that you probably would never know the floors had been painted. To be fair it wouldn't have been All-American's fault if the paint had shown though in the cracks, so I can't give them all the credit for the fact that it didn't. But they get full credit for flexible scheduling,, reasonable pricing, doing a great job with very little residual dust, being prompt, and calling ahead. I recommend them highly.
It doesn't really relate to the review but the upstairs floors appear to be heart pine (downstairs floors are oak). The floors look great and I don't see how I could be any happier with the way things turned out. Thanks, Rhonda!!

There was a large stain on the floor that they had to cover by choosing a darker stain, and the result of their work is perfection. We couldn't be happier. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. The price was phenomenal and they were remarkably honest throughout the whole process. When they had to replace boards but didn't ask first, they gave us deep discount on the boards. I'd recommend them to anyone for any amount of work.

The business manager met with me to provide a written estimate for the work. Once I decided to have the work done, it took about 3 weeks top schedule the work for a mutually agreeable date. The work was started on time and completed

as promised.

I got their number from the yellow pages and knew I was taking a chance, but was new to the city and didn't know of any particular company to call. They quickly responded to my call and came out soon after. They were very professional. Worked efficiently -- didn't waste any time--but were still very thorough. They made sure the protective coating was completely dry before they sanded again. I remember they couldn't apply the last coat because it wasn't completely dry so they left and came back the next day. I could tell they really wanted to finish up my job so they could get on with the next one, but they didn't cut any corners in order to finish early. (They had lots of jobs lined up.) I was so pleased with the finished product. My floors are still beautiful! Their terms then were 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion. I have recommended them to several friends over the years. If the floor ever needs some touching up, I'll call them with no hesitation.

They did a beautiful job. If you would've seen the floor beforehand and seen the floor after the job, you would know that they did a great job. The floor was horrible; it had had carpeting over it for thirty years. We took the carpeting up and it was horrible. They sanded it and replaced a few boards. They stayed on the job until they got it done right. They did what we asked them to do, and they also gave us tips. They kept plugging away until they got it. They just did a really good job. We have a lot of neighbors who want to know who did it. I found a few flaws, and they came back to take care of them. We called several other places, and it took them days to get back with us. It took this company about an hour. They got out here within a week. They were very reasonable, as far as pricing goes.

It was a great job! Everything turned-out really beautifully. I have had others ask who we used. I would highly recommended them to others.

The came on a Monday-it took them about 4 hours to sand and stain. They came back the following day to put a clear coat sealer on. They failed to show on the 3rd day, but came the following morning and finished the job on a Friday morning with final coat.
