Aaron and Gene arrived precisely on time and greeted us professionally. They asked for a tour of our home and some direction on what items were to be loaded onto the truck. We provided them with moving blankets, stretch wrap, and other moving supplies. They rolled out a mat they brought to protect our floor from water (snow was melting outside). This all took about five minutes and then they quickly began working.
These two men were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They were extremely respectful of our home. They handled our furniture with great care and padded the pieces appropriately as they loaded them onto the truck. They utilized the space on the truck very efficiently. They didn't even complain about lugging the very heavy elliptical machine up from the basement! Aaron and Gene did such an amazing job! Our move was successful largely because of them.
We originally hired Aaron and Gene for 2 hours and planned on using the moving experts to get all the big, heavy things loaded. We figured we would be able to finish the smaller things on our own. However, when we realized how efficient they were, we asked them if they could stay an extra hour to help us finish and they were happy to do so.
We would absolutely recommend this team to others who need moving help. Their services are well worth the money spent.
