It went real well.

They did a couple small jobs for me a couple of years ago. The work was adequate although they are expensive compared to other good plumbers in the area. Currently I'm selling a home and they provided an estimate for the buyers for a few plumbing items noted on inspection report. Estimate included a new water heater and bathroom faucet. Both of which are completely uneccessary. Water heater was 5 yrs old, fully functional, and not noted as an issue. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to slip in extra work for more money thinking with all of the paper work going back and forth during a home sale that I wouldn't notice. Buyers came to me with Aaron's estimate as if I'm going to cover repairs for fictional issues. I don't think so. I would never trust this company.

They arrived with in an hour. The plumbers install the new sump pump, Fixed the pipes, and cleaned up the mess before departing… All within two hours! I was very well pleased.

Our hot water heater went out on Christmas Eve (with a house full of guests!), so we called Aaron's Plumber and ultimately decided not to pay the holiday over charge, but they were still very nice to talk to us on Christmas Eve, to help us try to troubleshoot. Then when they came a couple days after the holiday, they were prompt, professional, courteous, quick but thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was done right. Additionally, we did call another company for a 2nd quote to compare prices, and Aaron's had them beat, and were quicker to respond!

Woke up this week and there was a small puddle around our 50 gal. water heater, which is 10 years old. Called Aaron's and a technician was in my house within an hour for a free estimate. He confirmed it needed to be replaced, and gave me an estimate of $850 to replace the unit. We have a Bradford White, one of the top brands--this is the same brand they use for replacements. The next day, two technicians were at my house on time and had the old unit removed and drained and the new one installed in less than 2 hours. Workers were respectful, good communicators.
Other places I called gave me an estimate of $1,030, the work was going to take 4 hours, and they were going to install a Lochinvar--a lower-grade unit sold wholesale to plumbers. 
I was very pleased with Aaron's and will certainly return to use them again if we have any other needs.

They did a job at my home for First American Homebuyers Protection. Everything went great. They were prompt, friendly and professional. If I ever need plumbing repairs for something not covered by First American Homebuyers Protection, I will call Arron's Plumbing and ask for Bobby.

Ryan and Bobby showed up on schedule and got right to work. I’d already purchased the new sink and faucet from Menard’s along with bolts, connectors, and valves. The old sink and vanity cabinet I pulled out the previous week so actually all I needed them to do was simply install a pedestal sink and faucet. The job was straight forward. Even so, both men took their time and didn’t rush the work but didn’t putter either. The install was done right and the men thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Ryan and Bobby earned my respect for their service and professionalism while on the job. The sink looks great and I’ve had no mechanical problems with it.

The guys were fairly friendly, Kelly was friendly on the phone except for the fact we got no return call when we called and left a message on Sunday, but I thought it was not the best experience and a little pricey for having to pay for new parts that the original was a complete defect. Also 100 bucks for 20 minutes of work seemed overpriced, and should be based on time spent, case by case not slapping someone with that amount no matter what the issue.

It took a very long time to get the part and the faucet that was brought in, turned out to be somewhat different, so Jason ended up placing the basement faucet in the first level guest bathroom and putting a new faucet in the basement. We had been without a faucet for three months, because of problems getting the part. I was frustrated, but I really appreciated the way Jason solved the problem. I am pleased with his work and would hire Aaron Plumbing again.

The company called right away to set up an appointment, the lady on the phone was very nice. The guys did not call before they came, they were nice but not overly friendly. The work was done well, the water heater is now working properly, they ended up having to clean out debris, nothing was replaced. The one thing I did not like was that one of the plumbers said I could tip him. I asked if that was legal and he said it didn't matter. I just thought it was not professional.

Excellent! Courteous and professional. The repairman called in advance and made sure I was home. BUT also called me to keep me in the loop as to when the product would be here since it was ordered. Really liked them a lot.

The work cost me $300. It was an extensive problem with the drain. They spent a lot of time on the work. They showed up on time. It was not an easy problem. They had to come back several times. They came back out as promised and resolved the problem. I would use them again in the future.
