In April, our church used Doug to fabricate and install a metal fence around a secluded entrance to the church building. He did a dine job making the fence and installing it in a timely fashion. The problem was that, once installed, we asked him to reinforce the fence to keep it from wobbling and also to fabricate and install a new handrail for an outside stairway. After dozens of calls asking when he was going to finish the job, he has never showed up. We have given up on working with this unreliable individual.
