Not knowing where to find a good contractor is like "putting the tail on the donkey" blindfolded. I vas very fortunate to have Mr. Daniel Golden as my contractor. He not only did everything I wanted but helped me with some really excellent ideas on the project. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of building a house. There are many codes to know about and if not completed by code, it can be very expensive. What puts Daniel Golden above all the others is not only his over 30 years experience but he has a crew who has been working with him in all areas of construction. He has his own plumber, certified electrician, and HVAC installer. Having his own crew means he does not hire out someone that he has to train or at least take time to supervise them. He can use the time focusing on building and not constantly checking the workers. He can just tell them to do a job and know it will be done right. The good contractors are very difficult to find and if you are searching in spring or summer it is impossible. I would suggest hiring a contractor months ahead of time to assure your project is done right. Along with this he and his family are truly honest Christians I can depend on without worry.
