I had his service tor two years at home and at work.  The home service went fine and was inexpensive.  LARGE TO MEDIUM SIZE BUSINESS SERVICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED WITH THIS VENDOR!  We had reliability problems throughout our business experience.  Mark made claims of what his system could do, but he could never get it going reliably.  We simply were too big for his system even though he would never admit it.  Mark blamed Comcast, our then internet provider with his problem with internet reliability and bandwidth, but I could run a perfect SpeedTest and 8x8 test every time and the problem was ALWAYS with his system and not our internet provider.  His low pricing is tempting.  If one only needed a few lines and could stand going down from time to time.  This may be an option for your small business or home.  If you business has critical incoming calls (we were conditioned to using our mobile phones for outgoing calls), then I would keep looking.  We switched to Comcast phone service which is now mature in central Indiana.  We did this because one company cannot blame another (phone vs. internet) for a part of the phone service not working.  It's all now Comcast, so they have to figure it out which has not yet ever been a problem.  The Comcast start up took about a month to work the bugs out which is typical.  Mark's system took a month to get the bugs worked out, he stopped at  about 80%, and was brought in to be "motivated" by one of our directors to finish the job which he did that evening.  Mark is a good person, an entrepreneur, definitely a good salesman, but his phone system is not suited for medium to large businesses.

The residential start-up was simple. Mark returned my call, I gave him my local phone number (which I was able to keep), Ma-Bell (AT&T) took a few weeks to transfer the number to him, in the meantime, Mark mailed me the conversion box, once Ma-Bell transferred my phone number to him I just moved the wire from the home phone jack into his converter box near my computer router. I did not need to buy new phones as this system uses the standard modular jack that has been used in homes for years (RJ-11). This is a small business and Mark is the main contact. There are others employed, but Mark manages most of the business. The best way to contact him is via email [email protected] or you can leave a message at this office. If you are considering this service, here is a link that reports how well your VOIP phone connection would work courtesy of 8x8, Inc: http://voiptest.8x8.com Overall, I am very pleased with his service. I would easily choose him over Vonage, Fonality, 8x8, Speakeasy, Magic Jack, etc. It was very helpful that he works nearby, but he has installations all over the US. BTW, his residential service is the same as our Comcast residential phone service at a much lower cost. His commercial service has a HUGE array of options including many lines into a music on hold system that has a "call queue" that tells callers where they are in line. I realize I am reporting very favorably about this company and even know the owner on a first name basis AFTER the installation. I am just as fast to rip into a company that does not measure up. I hope this information is useful to others on AL and I also hope all that all who use this information will have the same positive experience with this company as I.
