 + -1 moreShe does a great job. We have used other cleaning services in the past and I have to say that we love her professional and personal attention to all of the aspects of our home. She is extreamly respectful and does a great job of working around what ever may be going on. We highly recommend her.
Description of Work: Ms. Stepp does a complete cleaning of our home every two weeks. This includes the main level and all bathrooms. She does a great job of cleaning all of the base boards, blinds, hardwoods, etc...and manages to remove all of the cat hair, even from the cats favorite resting spots. When she's done you wouldn't know we have a cat.

 + -1 moreThe owner is the person who performed the job for us. I cannot begin to say what a great experience it was! Ms Stepp is a very courteous, and thorough person. I have never had a cleaner house and she was tremendously nice to all members of my family...dogs included! :) I had specific products that I requested for our home and that wasn't a problem at all! Absolutely positive experience and will definitely recommend her to my friends.
Description of Work: I requested a detailed whole house cleaning.

 + -1 moreBeware consumer....Ms. Stepp is very deceiving and in my personal opinion, a very un-professional young lady. Her attitude towards me at the end when I confronted her about being overcharged was totally inappropriate and disrespectful towards me. I agreed to $30 an hour, and not $60 an hour. Beware all, don?t get caught like a deer in a headlight when she tries?s to spring new price on you at the end! Stand your ground. It will ruin your whole day if you pay it. NOTE: You?ve been warned don?t be the fool!
Description of Work: Ms. Stepp and her helper did all of the normal housekeeping duties, ie. dusting, mopping, bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, kitchens. I did ask them to do some extra things like to use the vacuum extensions to clean 6 drapery panels and one valence above my kitchen window.

 + -1 moreRenae came the first visit and was at my home from 10 AM until 6:00 PM. She cleaned everything extremely well. She does not charge extra for blind cleaning or door windows. She comes in a room and cleans from top to bottom. I have never had a cleaning company this good and this thorough. She comes in and gets right to work. And she doesn't mind my crazy Golden Retriever (very important!).
Description of Work: Services performed were to clean the main level of my home, dusting, sweeping, cleaning surfaces.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Queen has been coming to my home every two weeks and does a fantastic job! We have two pets that shed like crazy and she manages to get rid of every bit of pet hair each time. Everything is always spotless including baseboards and chair rails and that is every visit which is something I haven't gotten with other cleaners in the past. My neighbors always comment how clean my house is. She's always punctual, dependable, friendly and trustworthy. You will be as pleased I as I am with The Cleaning Queen!

 + -1 moreI am very picky when it comes to how my home is cleaned, so I was apprehensive about hiring another cleaning service. I met the owner and was very impressed with the level of professionalism, her suggestions and the attention to details. So, I hired her on the spot! She came out a couple of weeks later and I was absolutely thrilled with the job she did. Not only was my house spotless, it smelled wonderful! I will continue to use The Cleaning Queen and highly recommend her services!
Description of Work: The Cleaning Queen cleaned our four bedroom, two and a half bath home. Which included: vacuuming, dusting, blind cleaning, baseboards and general cleaning.
