She does a great job. We have used other cleaning services in the past and I have to say that we love her professional and personal attention to all of the aspects of our home. She is extreamly respectful and does a great job of working around what ever may be going on. We highly recommend her.

The owner is the person who performed the job for us. I cannot begin to say what a great experience it was! Ms Stepp is a very courteous, and thorough person. I have never had a cleaner house and she was tremendously nice to all members of my family...dogs included! :) I had specific products that I requested for our home and that wasn't a problem at all! Absolutely positive experience and will definitely recommend her to my friends.

Beware consumer....Ms. Stepp is very deceiving and in my personal opinion, a very un-professional young lady. Her attitude towards me at the end when I confronted her about being overcharged was totally inappropriate and disrespectful towards me. I agreed to $30 an hour, and not $60 an hour. Beware all, don?t get caught like a deer in a headlight when she tries?s to spring new price on you at the end! Stand your ground. It will ruin your whole day if you pay it. NOTE: You?ve been warned don?t be the fool!

"When I gave the estimate, I explained that the price of the first time clean would be more, due to the amount of work and time spent. I also explained that the price would decrease after two to three cleans. I gave a price of $30 per hour. I explained that the first time clean would take much longer working alone, so I would clean alongside my employee for an additional $30 per hour. Because I was hired for a thorough clean of the main level and upstairs, my employee and I spent six hours cleaning the main level on our first visit. The member paid $360 and scheduled for us to come back five days later in order to complete the thorough clean of the upstairs. After the second visit, upon completing the upstairs, the member confronted me with a misunderstanding of the price. I wanted to make the situation right, but wondered why the member did not mention anything about the price, five days prior, when she paid the $360. I asked the member several times what I could do to fix the problem. The member's continuous response was, "I don't think you know who I am." I then decided to give her the second clean for free ($150) and terminate the service agreement."

Renae came the first visit and was at my home from 10 AM until 6:00 PM. She cleaned everything extremely well. She does not charge extra for blind cleaning or door windows. She comes in a room and cleans from top to bottom. I have never had a cleaning company this good and this thorough. She comes in and gets right to work. And she doesn't mind my crazy Golden Retriever (very important!).

I am very picky when it comes to how my home is cleaned, so I was apprehensive about hiring another cleaning service. I met the owner and was very impressed with the level of professionalism, her suggestions and the attention to details. So, I hired her on the spot! She came out a couple of weeks later and I was absolutely thrilled with the job she did. Not only was my house spotless, it smelled wonderful! I will continue to use The Cleaning Queen and highly recommend her services!
