Steve saved our lives - literally. As we were still reeling from a horrible past experience with a builder, Steve decided to start our project WITHOUT ONE CENT, until the next milestone. Yes - I said WITHOUT PAY. The project was so exciting. Steve's sons helped, as well as a great framing crew. I miss the fun we had with all those guys. We couldn't be more pleased. OH - he came in at $7,000 UNDER what was expected, and that money was returned to us. Like I said - he saved our lives.
