Randy was very punctual and professional at 1st. for what he charged, I assume I would get top of the line results. He was recommended to me by a contractor that has done return work for me. His painting after fixing was horrible. He said he would come back and re-paint, but never did. He also begins billing his time when he leaves his house in Sheridan, IN. This hire was a total BUST!

Everything turned out well. He was very responsive and did a nice, professional job. The price was right, and we are considering having him install flooring for us next. We have already recommended him to our friends, and were very happy with him.

Not happy with overall experience.

I like him because he is honest. He is very trustworthy and his price is reasonable. He does nice work. He has done a lot of work on our old house and then on the house we recently moved to.

It went very well. All work completed, efficient considering the extent of work. Very reliable. Was able to continue working even if some things were not available, since he did all the work himself. Did the most artistic and elegant work in the tile. Offers wonderful suggestions, but listens to opinions well and responds appropriately. Tolerated and worked well with the cats running around. Did a wonderful job laying the wood floors. Also did a great job laying the flooring in laundry room and building a storage cabinet there.

EXCELLENT WORK ON THE HOME WE JUST SOLD, SO GOOD WE'RE USING HIM FOR OUR NEW HOME. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

THE WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED, BUT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHING IS FAR BELOW ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS. PRODUCTS NOT INSTALLED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS. OVERALL WORK IS UNSATISFACTORY. COMMUNICATION DIFFICULTIES BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND MYSELF. FAILURE TO SAND DOORS AND WINDOWS BEFORE STAINING AND SEALING RESULTING IN INCONSISTENT FINISHES (I.E. ROUGH, BUBBLED, INCONSISTENT STAIN ACCEPTANCE TO PRODUCTS). DAMAGE TO CARPET, DRYWALL AND INTERIOR FINISHES. CONTRACTOR TRIED TO HIDE DAMAGE UNTIL CONFRONTED. UNWILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE, ACCEPT, OR CORRECT PROBLEMS. CONTRACTOR WANTS ME TO CORRECT DEFICIENCIES IF I DO NOT LIKE HIS WORKMANSHIP. MANUFACTURERS REP. (OF THE DOORS AND WINDOWS), HAS INSPECTED WORK AND IS QUESTIONING THE COMPANIES INSTALLATION PROCESSES.

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE HAD VERY GOOD IDEAS FOR HOW TO DO OUR LIGHTING TO HELP BRIGHTEN UP OUR BASEMENT. IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AND THAT WAS THE EXACT TIME HE QUOTED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE WAS ALSO CLEAN.
