Fantastic experience! I had used R and T in the past but moved too far away to continue service with them. After recently moving back up north, while not excited to have car problems, I was happy to know that everything would get fixed properly and promptly with R and T! Their customer service is top notch! They respond to you quickly and let you know exactly what needs to be done with the approximate cost. They were quick to get me scheduled and I only had to leave my vehicle there I believe for 4 days. I would HIGHLY recommend them and look forward to working with them again!

I had to wait a couple days to bring in my SUV but when I did it was done quickly and I've had no problems afterwards.. No more noise or wobbling effect.

I have purchased numerous tires and had much service dine by R&T Tire in Noblesville. Although I have moved way from Noblesville, I would not hesitate to use R&T again. I have used them for over 14 years and would not hesitate to use them again.

R&T Tire & Auto mounted 4 new Goodyear tires on my van on 7/23/15 in preparation for a vacation I was taking where I was going to be putting a lot of miles on the vehicle.  Left for vacation 7/29/15.  Three hours into the trip, I had a blowout of the left rear tire going 70 mph.  My best friend and myself were stranded on Interstate 70 for an hour and then spent another 4 hours getting the tire replaced at a Goodyear store in Columbus, OH.  After a few hours at the Goodyear store, I was told that the tire was improperly mounted, that whoever mounted the tire tore the beading.  Needless to say, the tire was under warranty and was replaced free of charge, but they were given the information on the store where the mounting had been done for insurance purposes and to recoup their cost of the tire.  I called Brian, the owner of R&T Tire & Auto and discussed what had happened.  Brian didn't seem to care whatsoever, never apologized and with a very mundane attitude said that he would pay for the expense of one tire.  I guess that is what should be done for two individuals who were stranded on I 70 for an hour and lost 5 hours each of their vacation time not to mention the two stops we had planned on our way to Hershey, PA that we had to cancel because of the time spent getting a new tire who could have been killed due to their complete incompetence.  I am very dissatisfied and feel that what happened and the way it was handled is inexcusable.  They will never have mine or my family's business ever again and I will make sure that everyone I know hears this story so that they are very educated when choosing a place to work on their vehicles.

I have used R&T several times in the past and have been very happy with their service. This last time was for a brake job on an SUV, on a Saturday. I dropped the vehicle off just as they opened without an appointment, but they said they would work me in for service. A little before an hour before they would close they called to tell me my vehicle was done. Once I arrived home, parked on my sloped driveway and engaged the parking brake, only for the vehicle to roll backwards instead of settle on the brake as it should. Hurried back to the service center, only a half hour before they were to close and informed them of this issue. Their tech was able to get the vehicle back into the bay and adjust the parking brake for me without making me wait until Monday. I appreciated that.
