Dan has done numerous jobs for my husband & me since 2009. Jobs have included installing a bathroom vanity & wall refinishing, converting an extra bath into storage, repairing the garage roof, and repairing damaged floor boards in our kitchen. He is a skilled craftsman, has an eye for detail & if the job is going to take more than one day, he tidies up before he leaves. He starts on time & finishes on time.

He did an amazing job. He's amazing with tiles. He does a fantastic job.

We discovered Dan through a neighbor and have been using him for several years. Every experience we have had with Dan has been positive. In short, whenever we need anything at all, we call Dan. He is highly ethical and his work is excellent. He is extremely knowledgable and tries to help you keep prices reasonable. We trust him and will continue to rely on him for any work in our house.

The experience has been exceptional so far. Dan's quality of workmanship is excellent. He is very detail oriented and he's also very open to working with your ideas. Sometimes he will help you improve upon your ideas and he is incredibly cost effective.

I like the energy he comes with. He thinks outside the box as well. His price is outstanding as well as his work. I'm going to use him in the future. I have quite a bit of money kept for the next year's work. He is always very punctual. Whenever he says he is going to be there, he is there. He is excellent and has never exceeded any estimate he has given me.

Everything always goes excellently with him. Dan is always on time, does exactly what he promises, and his prices are usually cheaper than what he quotes.

It is a sturdy structure and functions as designed. His price was competitive. I have used him in the past to rehabilitate the cupolas on my barn and to build an entrance gate for my home. He is a good man and provides value for you money.

HE IS HONEST, HARD WORKING AND PUNCTUAL. HE WAS VERY UP FRONT WITH US ABOUT WHETHER WE SHOULD ADD AN ADDITION TO OUR HOME. HE WAS JUST LIKE EVERYONE DESCRIBED HIM. HE WAS HONEST AND TOLD US THAT THERE WERE NUMEROUS REASONS THAT WE SHOULD NOT GO IN THIS DIRECTION.

The project happened exactly as Dan said it would. He said it would take 4-5 days to complete and he was done in 4.5 days. All windows were measured, ordered, delivered and checked before any tearout work was started. He had all the tools he needed and was ready to improvise a little when some unexpected things were encountered. Dan is very trustworthy in his business dealings. I have used him several times for various work such as doing beautiful finish carpentry in my home (crown molding, chair rails, built-ins) to building a minibarn. Dan shows up when he says he will, finishes his work better than I ever expect and cleans up after himself. He mostly works alone, using an occasional helper for larger jobs. His pricing has always been fair. I've meant for a long time to leave some positive words on his behalf because he has been such a good contractor for me.

DAN IS A METICULOUS WORKER AND SPENT TIME MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT PERFECTLY; HE CLEANED UP BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE! HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, DID WHAT HE AGREED TO DO FOR THE PRICE QUOTED, AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT.

DAN''S PRINCIPLE WORK IS BUILDING HOUSES AND REMODELING. HE IS VERY GOOD AT ANY WORK DEALING WITH A HOUSE.
