Pool and Spa Servicing
Brad Crouse agreed to an installation time of 3 weeks, our attorney sent a default letter 10 weeks later and our pool remains unfinished and equipment not installed, nor on property. We now have to find another pool contractor to complete and to date we have paid him $49,500 and now have no warranty from Crouse's Pool Services Inc. His payment terms are something to be cautious about, reference "pool kit" delivery, do not pay for equipment that is not on your property, inventory your self, you may never receive. The lack of his on site management is reflected in the quality of construction. Have talked to previous customers and he does not take care of warranty issues. Now it's in the hands of our legal system.
