INITIALLY, SEEMED LIKE SERVICE WAS FINE, NO FOLLOW UP TO PHONE CALLS OR RESPONSIVENESS ON FOLLOW-UP SERVICE. WILL PURCHASE THE BRACKET MYSELF AND HAVE OTHER CONTRACTOR INSTALL. WORK WAS NEVER REALLY COMPLETED.

SHOWED UP A LITTLE LATE, WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH MY STEREO SYSTEM, I HAD TO DO THAT. PICTURE HAS NOT BEEN TOP QUALITY. HE WAS VERY BRIEF ON THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM. TRIED TO CALL THEM FOR MORE INFO, BUT HAVE NOT HAD ANY PHONE CALLS RETURNED.

BOB IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN THIS AREA. WE WERE HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH OUR DISH AND RECEIVER AND HE GOT IT WORKING WITHIN A FEW HOURS. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID GREAT WORK.
