Description of Work: Owner was very professional. Made it clear exactly what his workers would do. Once they showed up to work on the job, they did not have the correct materials (needed heavier equipment) - left - eventually came back. Did half of the job and told me they would be back in 2 days (I was not happy) but they kept their word and returned to complete the job. Damage to my lawn was promised to be leveled and reseeded which never occurred. Over all though, I felt that for the price, I got what I wanted completed

THEY OVER CHARGED ME, DID NOT CLEAN UP, TOOK A SUMP PUMP AND BORROWED A CHAIN THEY NEVER RETURNED. ALSO BORROWED A JACK, BROKE IT AND NEVER REPLACED. THEY ALSO RENTED EQUIPMENT SITTING ON MY FRONT YARD.

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE TREE FALLING NEAR THE NEIGHBORS YARD, OR THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO OTHER TREES OR A NEARBY SIDEWALK. HOWEVER, MR. DAWSON INDICATED WHERE HE WOULD SAFELY FALL THE TREE AND HE DID SO WITH ACCURACY AND NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. CLEANUP OF BRANCHES, ETC WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
