They performed the service on short notice and did a fast, efficient job.  The jobsite was well cleaned up.  I would use them again.

They cut tree, ground the stump and removed brush. They were supposed to cut into 16 to 20 inch lengths. The first day they cut some into correct lengths, but they broke one of my sections of sidewalk. I called and complained they said they would send someone out to finish, but didn't say anything about my sidewalk. When they came out the second time they still didn't finish cutting to correct lengths.. I called in again and complained and told them when you send someone out I want to be called,so I can be there. I get home on Monday May 22th they came without calling and still didn't cut to correct lengths. I received bill on Wednesday June 7th. Bill reads cut down and remove brush $750 + $150 for grinding stump for a total of $1000 with 10% discount = $100 for grand total of $900. This is what was on there bill they sent me.

Came home after vacation and the work was completed as discussed with no mess in the yard. Communication was very good with the office as well. Very satisfied and will use again.

We worked with TIE for a first project and that went well, but we didn't really have the money to finish the project like we wanted, so we went with our neighbor's preferred vendor who did a horrible job. So we hired TIE for the clean up. I simply won't work with anyone else again. They are professional, reliable, and very conscientious. Due to the location of the trees and debris, there is no way around damaging some of the landscaping. However, they worked on a plan to minimize the damage without going onto a disgruntled neighbor's property. (The trees HAD to come down, they were a danger to her house and ours, but they were on our property.) Felicia is a tremendous asset to TIE. She's very responsive and professional. Prices were half that of Ping's.

Tie's Tree service gave me an estimate for taking down, removing and burring the stumps of several dead ash trees on the property of my business.  Tie tree services came out when they promised.  Did all the work they promised to do, and did it in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves very well.  They had as minimal an impact on the activity of my business as possible.  The men were courteous and pleasant.

Tie tree was very professional. I got 3 estimates for this work and this was the
best. One other tree service was very unprofessional when I tried to receive a
written quote, so they were dismissed out of hand.
Because of the weather, the work needed to be rescheduled several times. I had
no problem with that. I didn't want the work done with 8" of snow on the ground.
The crew showed up about ½ hour late, but that was ok because I had planned to
work from home. The crew was very professional and got started right away.  They laid plywood down to minimize damage to
the grass.  There was one divot in the yard but that is to be expected when taking down a 50?+ tree. They removed all
of the sawdust and twigs.  It looked better than when I raked. They filled the divot with topsoil.
When the foreman returned (I?m sorry I can?t remember his name) he noticed the maple tree.  He was concerned that it hadn?t been shaped enough.  He had his crew relay the plywood and trim a
little more.  If he hadn?t said anything, I probably would have noticed it a few weeks later and thought it looked a
little strange. By telling me about it, it shows that Tie Tree Service takes pride in its work and wants everything done correctly.
While they were there, I got another estimate to have a large number of overgrown
bushes taken down from around our house. I plan to use them in the future for
this work.
I would definitely recommend them.
