The deal was good.  They were quick.  They scheduled it quickly.  They didn't try to add a lot of other things.

Everything went well. The crew went to work the moment they got an understanding of what needed to be done within the timeframe I had paid a previous but now defunct company to do. They were professional and did a great job. I recommend them as painters. The company offers a wider range of services but I only have experience with their painters. A+

During his appointment he patched several drywall areas. While working he kept telling us how much he hates doing drywall. He had been doing it for years and is tired of it.
When he looked in the front door coat closet where he was supposed to repair some drywall, he noticed that there was mold behind the closet walls. He pulled out 2 walls and the ceiling and told us that we needed to spray against mold. He said that he would come back after the mold was gone and replace the drywall for $ 100.00.
We then sprayed the walls inside the closet with bleech and also called a professional company to spray.
When the mold was gone I called him for an appointment and was told he would come to replace the drywall on Sunday at 10 am.
Sunday, 10:45 am I hadn't heard from him, so I called. He answered and told me he was a little late because he had just purchased the drywall and nails and was now on his way to my house.
Finally, at 3:34 pm I called again but he didnt pick up the phone.
I called Monday morning and when he ansered his phone I said my name. He didn't say anything and hung up.
I called again immediately and got his answering service.I left a message for him where I let him know that he could have just told me if he didn't want to do the job. It was just mean to tell me he was on his way and never show up.
I let him know that I would let Angie's List know about this incident so people know what to expect when hiring him.

They sent two men to complete the work. They were professional and cleaned up well. The service went well and they did a good job. It did take a while to get things scheduled but they were responsive throughout the entire process.

It was fine. It was a little hard getting it arranged, it wasn't unmanageable, but the work was good enough and I can't complain. It wasn't a problem because we weren't in a big hurry for it. They came out right on time.

Arrived 45 minutes late on a Sunday morning.  Did call once to say he was on way, but arrived 30 minutes later. Said he had directions from mapquest.  I asked him to repair everything that he could see that needed repaired.  Not all places were repaired. My mistake in not marking places I wanted repaired and inspecting more closely before he left.

Tey are very professional and timely. The work was done in a well and the home owners more than satisfied. I would use them again.

Scheduling appointment:  Very difficult.  They were swamped with Angie's Deals folks.  On the first Sat. appointment I had scheduled they called that morning and stated they were sick.  After that it was very difficult to get a response and I had to get Angie's list customer service involved two times to finally get it scheduled.  On the Sunday it was finally scheduled, Teona called ahead and let me know they were coming, which was good.  They also arrived on time, which was also good, so therefore the good score for punctuality.
The tarp they had was in the back of a pickup and wet from rain, so they couldn't use it on my carpet.  I had to supply sheets to cover the carpet and prevent the drywall debris from getting all over it.
I thought they did a good job with the repair until a day after they left, when I noticed that some of the area had the drywall paper backing peel up. This is very disappointing, as I must now get some drywall mud to repair it.  Their technique of using a wet rag to smooth out the surface, instead of sanding it when dry, is the cause.  Though this cuts down on the dust and saved them some time, they got the rag too wet and this caused the paper to peel.

Guys were great - very honest about what needed to be done and time/cost it would take to complete. Highly recommend.

Had some trouble getting the appointment scheduled but once we found a mutual time slot, work was done well and efficiently.

Robert arrived for 8:00 AM appointment at 8:30 AM and quickly went to work. He repaired 2 small areas of drywall in our basement over the course of 2 hours. Obviously skilled at drywall repair/installation based on the good results. We had some issues getting this appointment scheduled, but otherwise was pleased with the price and the work.

It went real well.  The contractor arrived later that planned but went right to work.  I thought I would be told it was going to cost extra due to the damage that my walls had.  It took several coats to fill in the gashes and large holes but I was  not charged anything extra.  It was messy but he cleaned up so you would never have know he was there, except for the great repair job he had done.

The drywall repair was excellent.  After painting it was impossible to tell that any damage had been done to the wall. 
The only issue I had was that the dryer had to be moved in the laundry room to allow the workers access to the wall that needed to be repaired.  When they pushed the dryer back in place after the work was done they did not reconnect the dryer vent and the aluminum hose was crushed behind the dryer and had to be replaced.

He has been very busy since the Angie's List add went out.   So busy, in fact, that he didn't start our job until almost 7 PM.   He fixed all the drywall issues in our kitchen and basement/stairwell.   He did a fine job, especially considering how busy and tired he was. 

Oh what a relief it is!!!  Bought a Big Deal, 4 hours of dry wall repair for $99. I was very skeptical. Robert and his wife called within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Robert showed up 10 minutes early and got the job done, actually 2 places I needed work on, cleaned up and was out of here with time to spare. I highly recommend him for any job you need done. He does remodeling, Handy Man services, drywall, almost anything. He gave me a quote and is going to replace some exterior trim that has rotted. I am a happy customer.
