Provider was scheduled to repair drywall. Call to cancel at the last minute. Never call back to reschedule. Never returned calls to reschedule. Never refunded money.

My experience was horrible. The technician never showed up for the appointment. We ended up getting a refund from Angie’s List

The deal was good. They were quick. They scheduled it quickly. They didn't try to add a lot of other things.

Left messages that were never returned. Spoke with someone who sounded drunk.

Everything went well. The crew went to work the moment they got an understanding of what needed to be done within the timeframe I had paid a previous but now defunct company to do. They were professional and did a great job. I recommend them as painters. The company offers a wider range of services but I only have experience with their painters. A+

During his appointment he patched several drywall areas. While working he kept telling us how much he hates doing drywall. He had been doing it for years and is tired of it. When he looked in the front door coat closet where he was supposed to repair some drywall, he noticed that there was mold behind the closet walls. He pulled out 2 walls and the ceiling and told us that we needed to spray against mold. He said that he would come back after the mold was gone and replace the drywall for $ 100.00. We then sprayed the walls inside the closet with bleech and also called a professional company to spray. When the mold was gone I called him for an appointment and was told he would come to replace the drywall on Sunday at 10 am. Sunday, 10:45 am I hadn't heard from him, so I called. He answered and told me he was a little late because he had just purchased the drywall and nails and was now on his way to my house. Finally, at 3:34 pm I called again but he didnt pick up the phone. I called Monday morning and when he ansered his phone I said my name. He didn't say anything and hung up. I called again immediately and got his answering service.I left a message for him where I let him know that he could have just told me if he didn't want to do the job. It was just mean to tell me he was on his way and never show up. I let him know that I would let Angie's List know about this incident so people know what to expect when hiring him.

Terrible, I had bought a big deal through Angie's List, which i have had a great experience with 99% of the time. However, with RTS, I tried to reach out to them a few times and never got a call back. In addition i find out later that they decided to not honor their big deal which is bad business in my eyes. I ended up refunding the deal with this company and Angie's List provided another company that would honer the deal i had purchased. That replacement company (Rollins Rehabs) did a great job and was thorough and communicative the whole time. That how you are supposed to do business!

After purchasing the deal on Angie's List I was told by RTS that the deal was not posted accurately and they would not be able to do the job I wanted done because it exceeded the limitations that SHOULD have been included in the Angie's List posting. RTS further stated the company was going to get in touch with Angie's List to have a correction made. I don't know the results of that. After I was told RTS could not perform the work needed (which met the terms of the posted offer) I contacted Angie's List and received a refund.

We had used RTS Construction's services previously for some drywall repair and were very pleased with it and wrote up a great review. As a result we wanted to use him for some additional drywall repair and called him back to see if we could schedule him again. He was busy when I first reached him and he asked me to call him back later in the day. When I did, he answered and when I said who was calling the line went dead. I can't say for sure that he hung up on me but several subsequent attempts to reach him went unanswered, to include a note sent through the Angie's List website. We found another great dry wall expert and will use him in the future instead of RTS. Based on the number of like reviews on this provider I would say he does not need to be recommended based on his non-responsiveness.

I kept calling this guy and there was no response. So, I looked on Angie's List to see this guy's rating. Well, apparently lots of people had a hard time receiving calls back. I didn't want to mess around with this game of phone tag, so I called Angie's List and got a refund.

It worked out just fine. They did good work. I would use them again.

Never showed up....again. This was the second no show. They never called to follow up after the first no show. I had to call them and reschedule. I attempted a call to remind them and confirm the appointment over the weekend. No reply.

They sent two men to complete the work. They were professional and cleaned up well. The service went well and they did a good job. It did take a while to get things scheduled but they were responsive throughout the entire process.

We should have known better. We made two appointments for this work and had no shows no calls on both occasions. When I called to inquire the first time I was told they had problems with their teenage daughter. The second no show was the result of a double booking according to the lady who answers the phone. We are out our $99.00 that we prepaid for this work

Setting up the appointment was no trouble at all. No work was done as they failed to show. Appointment was for 8:00 am Saturday Oct. 5th. Called and left message for them at 8:30.

It was fine. It was a little hard getting it arranged, it wasn't unmanageable, but the work was good enough and I can't complain. It wasn't a problem because we weren't in a big hurry for it. They came out right on time.

he did the drywall one evening and came back and painted the garage,did excellent job,very fair with the price.total cost was 300.00 dollars

Provider failed to answer calls nor arrive when scheduled.

No service provided, I had to chance this company around to fulfill this Big Deal. I will never try to use them again. I do not give bad reviews and gave them a lot of leeway in making appointments where they would "try to fit us in". The last straw was just not showing up for an appointment on 9/14 we had made with them for 1 PM.

Tey are very professional and timely. The work was done in a well and the home owners more than satisfied. I would use them again.

Arrived 45 minutes late on a Sunday morning. Did call once to say he was on way, but arrived 30 minutes later. Said he had directions from mapquest. I asked him to repair everything that he could see that needed repaired. Not all places were repaired. My mistake in not marking places I wanted repaired and inspecting more closely before he left.

Scheduling appointment: Very difficult. They were swamped with Angie's Deals folks. On the first Sat. appointment I had scheduled they called that morning and stated they were sick. After that it was very difficult to get a response and I had to get Angie's list customer service involved two times to finally get it scheduled. On the Sunday it was finally scheduled, Teona called ahead and let me know they were coming, which was good. They also arrived on time, which was also good, so therefore the good score for punctuality. The tarp they had was in the back of a pickup and wet from rain, so they couldn't use it on my carpet. I had to supply sheets to cover the carpet and prevent the drywall debris from getting all over it. I thought they did a good job with the repair until a day after they left, when I noticed that some of the area had the drywall paper backing peel up. This is very disappointing, as I must now get some drywall mud to repair it. Their technique of using a wet rag to smooth out the surface, instead of sanding it when dry, is the cause. Though this cuts down on the dust and saved them some time, they got the rag too wet and this caused the paper to peel.
