Maid's Plus Cleaning Service

I am going to start with a summary.  Penny is good.  I would highly recommend her to ANYONE looking for a cleaning service. 
Cleanliness/Quality:  I am going to be completely honest here.  My wife and I hate cleaning bathrooms.  That is almost entirely the reason we started initially looking for a cleaning service. Of all of the cleaning services we have tried, this is the first one to meet our cleanliness requirements.  I didn't expect it to be this clean until several visits in.  Let alone on the very first visit.   As an example, our toilet has had chronic ring-around the toilet since we bought our house.... For the first time it is gone.  I don't know what she did, or how she did it, but the rings are gone.  Oh, and we had a pillow and blanket on our doggie bed for our dog to use at night.  Penny went so far as to make our dogs bed.  A++++
Professionalism:  Penny is very good on this front as well.  Not only was she professional after the first contact requesting a quote, but she even called and left a voice mail to tell us she was done cleaning, and that this was the first "basic" cleaning, and that it would only get better from here.  Unlike some other people we have tried to use, Penny impressed us with how much she cared. A+
Punctuality:  I would like to say that I can confirm exactly how punctual she was, but since I was at work, all I can say on this is that she was here when she said she would be here.  When she came to offer us quote on the work, she was within 5 minutes of her estimated time.  A+
Responsiveness:  Like the Punctuality above she was good.  We sent an email out late on Wednesday night (7/31/2013) asking her to call us about a quote.  She called my wife back by Thursday morning to arrange the quote, on Friday morning, and has since cleaned our house (8/5/2013)  I would call that extremely responsive considering we did not give her the weekend as an option.  A+
Price:  Penny charges a fair price.  We are paying slightly less than what we had paid a previous maid (who was fired over quality) and we got more value for the price.  A+
Overall I rate Penny very highly.  I am completely happy with the service performed and I would unabashedly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service.  Oh and from our conversations it sounds like she is very open to going outside Shelbyville too.

Our office's cleaning crew (organized by the building management) hasn't been getting  it done for our offices for a while.  Dust on most  surfaces, dusty blinds, dirty kitchenette and appliances has become the norm; there is more than emptying trash.  
So we decided to call in another crew to do what needed to be done: clean.  The Maids Plus Crew arrived right on time and after a short overview of our goals, went right to work.  A couple of hours later, they had it knocked out.  We were blown away by the attention to details without having to say anything- inside the microwave was spotless, wiping off window ledges,  dusting and finally dusting the ceiling vents (we observed)  exceeded what we were looking for.  It spoke to just how they do things - right the first time which sometimes is in short supply.

We have been using Maids Plus for some time for whole house weekly  house cleaning.  Penny and her crew are SOLID!  She starts with getting the house to a cleaning baseline (all the loose items handled).  Once complete, she uses that combined with what you want done that  visit as a gauge to ensure everything gets done and stays caught up. She excels where most stop! If you engage her services, you will see what I mean!
