The pre stain treatment & steam cleaning was fast and made an instant improvement. Their steam clean system can't be compared to the do it yourself rental options. A family owned and operated business started by a US Veteran. The pet stains did not go away 100% but they treated them a couple times and did the best they could and it was still a welcome improvement. I knew on a light carpet that had gone too long not to expect perfection. They also make sure to put down protective Styrofoam risers to keep your wood furniture off of your wet carpet. (Didn't have to ask. They treat you like family) I will without a doubt reuse their services as I believe in investing in local business is detrimental to preserving a towns heritage and charm.
