 + -1 moreMR. BOONE CAME OUT QUITE PROMPTLY ON MY CALL TO THE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD HOME REPAIR-INSURANCE FOLKS. AS I WAS AT WORK, AND HE HAD EARLIER CALLS, HE CALLED ABOUT 45 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME SO I COULD LEAVE AND MEET HIM AT MY HOME. HE WAS UNOBTRUSIVE, SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT FUSS.
Description of Work: DIAGNOSED MALFUNCTIONING AIR CONDITIONING, REPLACED THERMOSTAT UNDER AMERICAN HOME SHIELD INSURANCE PLAN. MY COPAY IS $50; I DON'T KNOW WHAT HIS CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN OTHERWISE. 1 HOUR WORK & THERMOSTAT COST ON INVOICE.
