MR. BOONE CAME OUT QUITE PROMPTLY ON MY CALL TO THE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD HOME REPAIR-INSURANCE FOLKS. AS I WAS AT WORK, AND HE HAD EARLIER CALLS, HE CALLED ABOUT 45 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME SO I COULD LEAVE AND MEET HIM AT MY HOME. HE WAS UNOBTRUSIVE, SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT FUSS.
