He has not completed the work. He is 95% finished, but I don't know if he will return. His prices are high, but he does great work. He was prompt in showing up. He had no drawn or written plans. He had told me that he would do so. I am little disappointed with the detail work. He has not been fully paid, but I think he will right it off. I have not heard from him in three weeks. He has not fulfilled his agreement to come back and fix the job. The last time we heard from him it was three weeks ago. He said he would be here it two weeks and he never called or showed up. We never did a drawing that he mentioned in the response.

Horrible. The deck was not done as he had described in the contract and what he verbally told us. When questioned, he made excuses as to why it was done the way it was. All the details he said he would add, was not done, even those that were on the contract. We've had multiple problems with the deck and he doesn't return calls or answer emails. He guarantees his work for 1 year and we've been dealing with issues since August of 2007. We have warped boards, boards that are not nailed in, boards that were nailed in and now are loose. No railing on the stairs as what was suppose to be on, the deck is 7 inches lower than it should be and is not level to the back door as it should have been. All issues we addressed with him and he ignored and said by law it didn't need to be that way, even though that was what was discussed.
