A team consists of 2 or 3 people and they bring their own supplies, vaccum cleaner, rags, etc.
The staff have to pass a criminal background check and drug test prior to employment. Periodically, all staff member's names are put into a hat and randomly chosen to do a drug screen (including the owner).
