TROPIC POOLS INC

We were very happy with Tropic Pools. They were very receptive to any of our questions and they did a great job. We love our new pool. I'm so happy that we used Tropic Pools. I had researched and contacted multiple pool companies, and I am so glad that we decided on them.

The service was fine and they did a fine job. There was nothing exceptional or bad about them. We would use them again.

One of the owners came out to the house and went through all the systems in detail and helped me clean the pool for the first time.  She provided chemicals, etc and instructed us on everything regarding upkeep of the pool.

Even though Tropic had not installed pool & there were a lot of problems & setbacks, they stuck with the job. They really do have a crew that knows their stuff. I can say with confidence that Tropic is probably the most professional & honest pool company out there.

Permits and up front planning (e.g. landfill, silt fence requirements) were not determined until date of install. Overall escavating crew and pool crew were excellent, and exceeded expectations. Subcontractors (electrical, gas install for heater) were not good, but it should be noted that these were subs and not the primary pool builders. Overall happy with pool and a good company to deal with and good quality install.

They were meticulous about things, even staying late at night to get certain jobs done. They were on time, within the budget, and friendly. They were just great to work with. I definitely would recommend this company.
