Description of Work: My barn had a roof that leaked. I called this company to come out and apply a treatment/covering to the roof to stop the leaking. They did a terrible job applying the coating to the roof. It was all gobbed up, and not spread evenly. The owner and his partner came out and brought a rough looking group of young adults to do this job. I thought I was paying for a professional crew. They demanded I pay them in cash immediately after the job was done, and wouldn't even let me look at the work. It was clear the owner was paying his crew cash, and even said "we need paid so they can feed their kids supper." Later that day I had a certified inspector come out to inspect their work, and he gave the work and the roof a poor grade. He suggested I get right back in touch with the company to have them fix their shoddy work. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone, they won't answer their phone, they won't follow up with me, and I feel scammed out of $1,400. The barn roof still leaks. I paid for a job that didn't fix the issue, and I can't do anything about it because I can't get ahold of the company.
