They worked with my horrible home warranty service for nearly a year to get my situation handled, and the actual job was flawless. The only heating and A/C place I would ever use.

Excellent! Tech was on time, and very polite and professional. He explained all the options that I had once he made the assessment of the problem. He outlined it all on his tablet and explained it very well! He made the repairs and explained other options I had to help prolong the life of my heat pump. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling in Seymour, Indiana!

I have been with them for about 16 years. They are good. They can fabricate, moisture barrier for me. They have done quiet a few different things. If there s something they haven't had experience on before, they will go and get extra trainer before even recommend doing something. They have a service plan for the year. They have a catalog of prices they stick too. They have package pricing for certain issues. There are no surprises. You know what you are going to get. They guy comes out and gives you the good, better, best. I think they are pretty reputable.

I began using them four or five years ago. I don't remember the price, but I know it was reasonable. I would recommend them.

They are a good, reputable firm and they care about the work they do. The workers I came in contact with were excellent. They explained things as they did them. They had good communication between me and them.

I called and they said a tech would call within 30 minutes. I got a call from John within 10 mins and he said he would be there in about 45 mins after he was done with his previous job. John arrived and fixed what need to be done within about a half hour. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of the questions we had. We normally ask for Nate but this was an "on call" situation. Both John and Nate are very nice and do there job well. Thank you!

Andy and Joe arrived on time and completed the work in the expected time frame.  They were considerate of my house and were very careful when moving furniture.  They brought in the new furnace and removed old one without any problems or damage to the house.  They cleaned up the furnace area very well.  There was a small amount of dust and debris by the vents after cleaning and would have suggested that they would have a hand vacuum to clean those areas as well.  Overall I was very pleased with the work and the quality of the furnace that they installed.

My AC wasnt working over the holiday weekend. I called them memorial day evening even though I didnt think anyone would be there since its a holiday. But they picked up and scheduled an appointment for 8am the next morning. Their rep showed up right on time and performed the repair very quickly. They also honored the coupon for "Free Trip Charge With Repair $69.00 Value" which was on Angies List.

The downstairs air conditioner was leaking water from the drip pan below the evaporator coil. They offered a fix-it solution without pushing the obvious need to replace. The next day I met with their salesperson Brian who walked me through the options. They go the extra mile with a full measurement of the house to determine the proper size unit to install. The measurement focuses on how much window surface space there is along with other temperature-affecting characteristics of the house. With 90-degree plus temps coming for the Memorial Day weekend (this was Thursday afternoon) I assumed it would be the following week at the earliest before I would get installation. Instead, they arrived at 9am Friday morning and were done by 2pm. No mess, no hassle, no problem. Very friendly and courteous.

I have been using Reliable Comfort for about 12 years. They provide very good service. They come out twice a year for routine service. They did a winter tune up the last time they came to my home. They are very reliable. The price and quality is also real good. I belong to the comfort club which provides service for a flat fee twice per year.

They have been working on our system for the last two years. They have done the preventative maintenance and put in a new thermostat and humidifier. The experience was very good. They did the work when they were supposed to and came in at the price they quoted. They come out twice a year for about $165. We would recommend them.

We had just finished painting the entire interior of the house before moving in. I came home as they were finishing up and talked to the workmen. Was surprised to see an annual maintenance service added to the bill (over $100) so had that removed. They seemed professional enough but drove out the driveway with back door of truck wide open with equipment that could fall out. After flagging them down to let them know, I went into the house and found out they'd left doors open to the outside at back of house! Not sure how long that would have remained if I hadn't come home - and it was 90 degrees in the shade. Then I discovered that they had marked up many of the corners in the house with black residue, apparently from dragging their air hose. It marked up the baseboard corners and a foot or two up the drywall in some cases. Yuck. After that I discovered a half dozen deposits of brown goo on the driveway. And upon inspecting some of the 32 outlets discovered loose dirt on the inside of the ducts and the registers had not been cleaned. I called the salesman who quoted the job to complain and he was very sympathetic and said he'd get right on it. Not hearing anything for a day, I called him back and was told the office manager who handled such things was very busy. He put me in touch with the office manager who did not sound sympathetic. I made it clear I would need cash to pay the painters to repaint, and did not get rebuffed. I offered to email photos and the manager did take a look at them. Unfortunately I never received an additional bill from the painters to send to the manager (ok, it was probably less than an hour's work painting). In a subsequent phone call I asked if the registers were supposed to be cleaned, was told yes, and responded they had not been. So they sent someone out the next day (left a key for them as no one was going to be home). It was apparent that someone came but they didn't clean all the registers. They did clean up the brown goo on the driveway. I called again and was offered to have the entire job redone but I was not ready to risk more damage to the house and was over it. Should have asked for some money back. I've not received further communication (most of above was initiated by me).

It started out with Brian, he explained everything from what the company does to the refund policy. He explained all the different systems I could choose from and he tried to work within my budget. He was not a pushy salesman. He had me print out my bill from last year, so I could compare last years bill to this upcoming years to see the amount of money I saved. They had a testimonial book which even had negative comments about different systems. They were upfront and honest about their service and systems. Then Andy who is one of the owners, he came out for the pre-inspection before the installers came. He did the measurements and checked out everything. He was very pleasant. He asked multiple times where I wanted things to go to make sure I was happy about the placement of the system. Daniel and Nate came to install the systems. They were very courteous; they put booties on so they wouldn't track in dirt from going into the basement. They were never rude and answered all my questions. They explained everything step by step. The whole process just took a couple of days. He took time to explain the digital thermostat and made sure I completely understood how to work it. They gave me their cell phone numbers so if I have any problems I could call them and they would stop back by and show me how to use it. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've dealt with them for a couple of years. We got the tax credit. They were prompt and professional. They always wore the little booties in the house so they didn't mess things up, which was important. They said they would be here at a specific time and they were pretty much right on time. The price was good but we didn't investigate a whole lot because we like these people. It was right in the ballpark. The workers were very good and pleasant. They did everything in a professional and timely manner and we were very happy. The employees were nice and not afraid to answer questions. We will use them in the future.
