Chris Perna is a retired builder who works for Home Depot and he is a very nice and trustworthy person. They are coming back out to do work on the J-Channel as it is a bit flimsy. So far they have done a really good job and have even made a special little window for me that the normally don't make. The Home Depot has been great, the workers are all very nice and they have explained things to me when I asked about it. I recommend that if you have to use Home Depot to make sure you ask questions no mater what, even if you have to go through the boss. If there is something wrong, make sure you take pictures of it and have a witness before going to the boss. If the salesman comes, make sure he brings a sample window to show you and make sure you ask if it's new construction or replacement windows, because there is a difference.
