BRITTS TILE

Tile in Master shower was installed very hurriedly. Spacers were not used between half inch glass tiles thus causing tiles to buckle and shift. They even installed a floor tile from guest bathroom onto the wall even though they still had matching shower tile left! Larger tiles that were not cut correctly were installed anyway and grout was either missing or not matching with some of their other work. Both Mr Britt and his wife seemed more in a hurry to leave then they did to get the job done correctly. They are now in the process of re-doing after our complaints but have totally ruined the new shower wall board taking off their mistakes. They have already put on too heavy of a coat of sealer that they are going to have to sand down or the newly laid pieces of tile will still out further than the existing tile. They rarely show up when they say they are going to and work a minimal amount of time leaving a worse mess each time they come.
