+ -1 moreIn my line of work if I don't return a call, or don't show up to an appointment, it could easily get me fired. This guy called my wife, and set up an appointment for last Saturday at 3pm. No problem. Smack in the middle of our saturday, but OK, we'll wait. He never showed. I called him Monday. No answer. I left a semi-polite message asking him to call me. NOTHING. These contractors work for themselves for a reason. Well, if you're gonna advertise on Angie's List to drum up business, fine. But don't think others won't here about how UN-PROFESSIONAL you are when you decide to just blow off an appointment. And not return calls.
