Issue was not resolved and we had to call someone else (at a much cheaper rate) who actually knew what they were doing;    TM had proposed at additional cost and a  very high price, to dig up the yard and put in a cleanout, which  would not have resolved the issue, as we found out when we called out other contractor;  TM serviceman told tenant if he had to use the toilet (which was already full to the top), don't flush!    We will never call them again and we will make sure all our friends and colleagues know how crooked and unskilled they really are!  TM removed toilet and never changed wax ring; other contractor did put in a cleanout after he got the line clear, and his total cost was less than the initial cost of TM;  talked to the owner trying to get some resolution on this and he pretty much told us to buzz off; would not budge on his initial visit cost at all; very unprofessional!

They were good. I thought the price was a little firm but it was a real dirty job and not a job I would want to do.

Snowing outside and they were still  here in an hour. They performed extra work and came in $50 less than probable estimate. Careful and professional, they did a great job. Recommended. Thanks!
