He neatly created an access to easily install a filter, actually had to leave to get the materials needed to do such. Mr. Lowe then provided me further information that he was also a licensed Electrician as I had mentioned that was one area of expertise that I had yet been able to find when I needed. He provided me with all credentials such as Certificate of Insurance, State and City License as an Electrician and as a HVAC Contractor, along with his registration card provided by Delaware County Building Commissioner.
I don't normally like to ask someone for proof of insurance, and rarely do contractors offer proof of that information unless asked. I have myself in the past provided proof of Insurance and liability and understand the predicament you can get into in the event of accidents. Some can tell you that they are insured and bonded...but saying and seeing these days could be two different things. I like to believe the best in people but over the years, have been taken advantage of because of my trust given without merit.
