Matt was very professional, nice, and did a great job. Talked with us about the care of our carpet and was also personable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. HIRE HIM if you need your carpet or upholstery cleaned.

Arrived on time. Even helped me move some of the items that I had not had time to move so we could get to the carpeted area better. Was very attentive to detail. I had one upholstered chair that needed to be cleaned but it requires dry cleaning so he could not complete that item. The sofas look good.
