Steven's Hot Tub Service LLC

Showed up on Sat afternoon and repaired my lever inside my hot tub. Called several companies to come out to repair and was told two weeks was the earliest they could look at it. Everything went well and I will call them back if i ever need more repairs.

It went excellent.  Seems like a good hard working honest man to me.

They did a very thorough job determining the issue with the hot tub and then they fixed it that day.

The serviceman was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem (broken circulating pump) quickly. Because the pump was an unusual model he had to go back tot the shop for parts. I was not charged for the extra time that took. Total cost was $89 for the service call and $239 for the pump. I was expecting much worse so I was pleased with the outcome. I would use Stevens again when I need the hot tub repaired

We have a spa on our deck. We were planning to visit friends
in the middle of February for more than a week. We were
uneasy about leaving the spa powered up as a way of protecting it
from the damage that freezing weather could do to it. The
combination of sustained freezing weather and a power failure
would leave the spa very vulnerable to damage. We called
Stevens Hot Tub and asked Steve (of Stevens) to come out and
winterize our hot tub so that we could leave town and not
worry about it. We also wanted to learn how to winterize the
spa ourselves. Steve of Stevens Hot Tub turned out to be a very
congenial and talkative guy who was the perfect kind of
experienced person who could both winterized the spa and clearly
explain to us each step of the process. We were very pleased
that we got just the sort of information what we needed. We will
feel free to take a vacation in winter instead of staying at home
and protectively hovering over the spa every time the temperature
goes below freezing.

They determined the heater was bad, replaced the heater, fixed a couple of small leaks and sealed all the heads. They arrived a couple of hours after calling and spent a couple of hours getting it going. Very nice gentleman that did what he said he would do. Unit runs great.

I have an old hot tub, and Steve tore out the decking, and crawled underneath, and fixed it. He was so reasonable! He is just a small company, and he is EXCELLENT!
