Once they arrived and worked on the cleaning, everything went fabulous.  The cleaning and attention detail was close to perfect.  They were very friendly and did an awesome job.
Unfortunately it took awhile to get to the point of them cleaning.
To get an estimate, the first time the owner was to come, she did not show up.  I called and she acted like she had completely forgot.  She rescheduled and, after being 45 minutes late to the second meeting, I called again and she then immediately did come.  She did a thorough estimate and we set up a day/time for the first cleaning, along with a schedule of coming once per month after that.  She is super friendly and professional, so I thought everything would work out great.
On the day of the appointment, they were supposed to show up at 3:00, and, again, after me calling, they did not get here until almost 4:00.  By this time I got the pattern, I felt like if I didn't ever call to remind her, they would never show up.
They stayed for over 4 hours and my house was spotless so there is not one complaint I could have about the service itself.  Everyone was nice and professional and I was super pleased.
We had already set it up for me to continue with regular cleanings once a month to start out with.  She told me she would call me right after the Thanksgiving holiday to set up the next appointment, which would be sometime in early December.  I decided then that I didn't want to have to follow up repeatedly.  Of course I never heard a thing from the all the month of December.  At the end of January (almost 60 days later) I got a message on my phone apologizing and would I like to reschedule.  I never returned the phone call and thought that maybe if they really wanted my business, they would try and call again.  I never heard from them again.  It's unfortunate because I would have liked to continue with them, but I just can't dedicate the time to have to continually follow up.  Please, again, don't take my negative remarks to mean the work they did was not satisfied, because again, the cleaning work was impeccable, just the business side of things needs some work.

She is very dependable and does an excellent job.

Ruthie was a little late, but called to tell us she would be here within the hour.  Ruthie is a hard worker and has very high standards regarding cleanliness.  We were extremely pleased with the outcome.  She cleaned three bathrooms and our kitchen and everything was spotless.  She brought her own equipment and cleaning supplies, worked straight through and the result was better then we expected.  The floors, appliances and an older bathtub turned out really great.

It was a very fair price for the work and we will definitely call Squeaky Clean LLC, in the future.

I will strongly recommend them to all friends.

Squeaky Clean cleaned our house before we ever moved in. The home was immaculate. I wiped all the counters and inside the cabinets before putting my own things in - but it was already cleaned. Every corner was cleaned as though I did it myself - including the baseboards and ceiling fans. I think the company could use a business manager to help with timing - but otherwise - a great service.

My house had never been so clean. My windows sparkle, my filthy oven does too. My floors look great. Just hire them. They won't necessarily be on time, but Ruthie is the real deal who believes in the value of doing a good job. Her team worked well into the night on my home, which was fine with me. And when they left, my home looked and smelled clean without a chemical smell. They use natural products. I have already recommended her to several people. Call now!

Ruthie has gone above and beyond her job description. Several times in the past 6 months, she has cleaned for me on very short notice. (1 phone call came the same day ) she has also helped with my recent move to a new apartment. She and Paige have been fantastic.

I have a 44 year old home that attract dust as if it didn't have any sides or roof and when Ruthie gets done it shine, and sparkles like a diamond. I love it when she comes and takes her time and gets every nook and cranny. I've never have had to go behind her to double check her work.
I have a cut glass chandelier and I've never been able to get it clean in the 3 years that we've own this home. Ruthie came in on her first day which was June of 2013 and I walked into my kitchen and I about passed out; it was so clean that the light coming through hurt my eyes..
I told her that I've never been able to get it clean and that she was a miracle worker. I have a lot of Hickory base boards and crown molding in my home in every room and then in my master bed room I have in the center of the ceiling about 5 foot by 5 foot of hickory and every time that she cleans she is up on a ladder cleaning this as well.
I had just had Ruthie out for the first time in June and I was putting a new ptac unit in my Sun Room and had a lot of mud dobber in the old one and I had taken my shop vacuum and started sucking them up. Well, let me put it this way it look like a sand storm had just hit my Sun Room and my sun room has scarifice wood and one wall brick and the ceiling also has this wood and then about 14 window. I called Ruthie and said and quot;HELPand quot;!!!! I told her what happen and she told me when she could come. I was expecting about 60 people at my house within the next couple of days and Ruthie came over after hours and clean and didn't charge me for the mess.
This woman and her company has been a blessing to me and I have referred her to my neighbors and family. My neighbor told me after her first cleaning that she just couldn't believe the quality of work and that Ruthie saw things that need to be done to help this older customer and went on and did it with out charging her for doing extra work.
I know of her going to work for one customer who lost his wife and he is wheel chair confine and she will grocery shop and run errands for this man. She came in on one day and this poor guy had been stuck in his wheel chair for the whole weekend and he couldn't get to a phone, but Thank God that she came in and found him and ran out to her car and brought in some Mt. Dew that she had just bought for self to give him a pick me up and then went to a drive thru to get him so food.
I will never have anyone else ever clean my house and I will always recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Squeaky Clean for all that you do.

Ruthie and her crew did an excellent and efficient job cleaning a house that probably hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. We were very satisfied with the work and the friendly attitude.

Squeaky Clean does great work. They are very fast and make sure everything is squeaky clean.
