+ -1 moreMr. Owens did some deck work last summer, and the price was good as was the quality. A few months later, he gave me an estimate on some work but didn't show to do the work. I had scheduled a vacation day to be there when the work was done. I called him to see what was going on and left a message . He called me the next day and told me that something had come up and that he couldn't find my phone number. He then came about a six weeks ago to give me an estimate for some more work. He said he would get back with me but I haven't heard from him since. There is no excuse for not calling me. Why would he come to give an estimate but never give one? This is why I am on Angies List . I gave him a second chance, but I guess he doesn't need the work.
