Lewellyn's Blacktop Sealing

We've lived here 25 years and have had the driveway sealed several times.  This is the first time we used Lewellyn's and it has never, never, never been this dangerously slick.  When it's wet, going up you make it about 2/3 the way and the wheels start to spin and the vehicle starts to slide.  Going down about 2/3 the way you loose control and slide out into the street.  It's very scary.   We can confirm 7 phone message (6 on voicemail and one to an actual person) over the period of a few weeks that were never returned plus a Facebook message that he responded to with a "thumbs up" but never got back with us. We are so disappointed and frustrated with this contractor that won't even do us the courtesy of a return call.  The bill is paid.  We wanted to discuss possible solutions with someone who is supposedly an expert to this very dangerous and potentially very costly situation.  In terms of human safety and personal liability it not only affects us but affects anyone who visits us as well.

Mr. Gary Lewellyn was fabulous! He has over 20+ years in the concrete business and was really helpful in advising me what type sealer would be best. After not even the courtesy of a return phone call from 3 other providers, I received two estimates for pressure wash and sealing my driveway, front walk, porch, and concrete basketball area in the back. Although Mr. Lewellyn's estimate was expensive, his estimate was better than the other one I received. His experience was evident as I explained how I was trying to also remove an oil stain a previous contractor had left on my driveway. The equipment used was high quality, and the hot water wash made a world of difference.
I called Mr. Lewellyn in late June, and he came out and did an estimate a few days later. The work was done about 3 weeks later due to scheduling and the July 4th holiday. The pressure wash was done one day and the sealing the next. We are pleased with the results.
I can't say enough about Mr. Lewellyn's responsiveness to my many questions as well as his professionalism. He told me that although a majority of his work is commercial these days, he doesn't forget where he came from and how small jobs are just as important and made his business successful today. That is the mark of a true professional who cares about potential customers . I would highly recommend his company and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

It was quick. We got a quick response. They were the second people we called, and they were right on it. They were done quickly. We could get back into our garage quickly. It was done in less than a day. They did a good job, and they're reasonably priced.

went bad at first but they responded and that is all you can expect job completed perfect , everyone messes up it is how you respond that counts and they were perfect in that category

THE PEOPLE WERE GOOD and DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE QUICK. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME and WERE HERE WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE HERE. THE ASPHALT GETS A NEW COAT OF SEALANT EVERY YEAR and I WILL PROBABLY KEEP HIRING THEM TO DO IT.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH WHAT THEY DID. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, WHICH IS SEAL ALL OF OUR ASPHALT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE.
