Description of Work: Crums came promptly to look after our AC when it apparently was not working correctly. There were some components that needed to be cleaned. They have always been prompt with reasonable prices and we trust what they say given our history with them.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE EXCELLENT BECAUSE OF THE PRICE AND THE QUICKNESS THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO US. THIS TIME OF YEAR IT IS HARD TO GET AN AC REPAIR MAN TO YOUR HOME. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR, ABOUT WHAT THE MARKET VALUE IS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD PEOPLE.
Description of Work: OUR AIR CONDITIONING HAD QUIT WORKING AND THEY CAME OUR AND DETERMINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS A SWITCH REPLACED.
