Everything went great. They have cleaned our carpets before and always do a fantastic job. They explain what they are doing and answer any questions.

Steve (the owner) answered when I called. He was very personable and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. On the day of service I was disappointed he sent his assistant to do the job. He did a good job and was able to remove a stain I thought he was gong to have trouble with. However, he failed to put the entertainment unit on those little Styrofoam blocks. I had the house painted a few days before and there we a few very small paint spots on the carpet which he could not remove. All in all the job was ok. The reason I didn't give them a "C" was because he was great compared with the outfit who cleaned the carpeting at my house.

We had scheduled for a Saturday, but Steve called that day to reschedule due to an earlier job taking longer than expected, and then getting his truck stuck. So we rescheduled for the following Saturday. He arrived a little early, had brought his daughter to help, he was very personable and professional. He cleaned the rug, and then they moved the chair to a tile floor to clean it. Chair came out great! Carpet still had some stains, but I didn't expect them to come out (they hadn't in a previous cleaning a few years ago). Then he cleaned the front edge of the sofa, and returned the chair to it's home. They were conscientious about water on the floor and keeping the door closed as much as possible since it was cold out and the heat was on. He even gave me some tips on spot cleaning and where to get a rug rake to reduce dog hair in the carpet.

He is the one and only carpet cleaner that I will use. His prices are very affordable. He is a very trustworthy person and very reliable. In fact, I recently found out that some of my friends and family are now using him to. I swear by his work.

THIS COMPANY MOVED THE FURNITURE FROM THE ROOMS AND REPLACED THEM ALL. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE RUGS AND THE FURNITURE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
