I had originally called another contractor to do this and I was referred to Scott due to availability. The drip strip was not installed and caused the water to run behind the gutter I called him to fix this and I ended up having to caulk the areas myself. The gutter in the back also was in need of repairs and has yet to answer calls to correct that. The quote for the roof was incorrect. The final figure came in at $1000 more than it should have been. I brought this to his attention and was able to avoid over paying. Prior to the roofing project, he wanted to use 25 year instead of 30 year architectural shingles I requested and attempted to convince me it would be alright. I held back 500 for final payment and paid cash and I have been trying to get a receipt from him for proof of payment and have not been successful in that area as well. He is not very well at returning phone calls or handling issues that arise. He was very pushy--from bidding on the job to his own preferences. Despite the other issues, the roof did turn out fine.
Description of Work: Replaced the roof and provided repair work on the gutters and the facia.
