It's terrible! They lied to me. They told me that my door will be ready after 7 business days but it's already more than 30 days but nothing happened. I tried to contact them multiple times to get back my door and refund the money but they don't respond.

They were good on price and the service was very good. They stood to their word. They were professional and friendly. Generally, a pleasure to deal with.

We ordered a partially frosted custom shower door for about 1200$ to complete our remodel on our master bath. They were great while working with our contractor but about 3mths after, we noticed the frosted part of the glass was super stained. Like there was a big oil spot on it in various places. After calling literally 3x a week for at least 3 weeks i finally got an appointment for someone to come out and take a look. He told me that i should spray paint a clear coat on top and that I should do it myself. After thinking about that i tried to make an apt for them to come back out to do it ( i didn't want to ruin my 1200$ door). They wouldve charged me 100$ to do it. Plus I had to call pretty much daily to get any answers about this process (which apparently they've never done before). I actually just gave up after multiple calls trying to get an appointment. I thought I would rather mess up my own door than deal with them. Please, use any other company but them. They have HORRENDOUS service.

Upon completion of window installation we inspected the job and found outside around the window the flashing pulled away from the new window and seperation gaps between flashng and new window.  Old paint was visible around the window.  We asked the installers to repair and were told they did not have correct caulking color. They put on clear caulk.  They told us they were never told what they might run into during the installation  My wife Barbara called and left message for owner Tom to call back and e-mailed pictures.  There was no return call by the following day.  She called again and spoke with Tom on September 6th.  Tom told her on the phone that fixing the trim was not his responsiblity and that he told her that we were responsible for post installation work and claimed that he had told her this during the estimate.  She was never told this at the time of the estimate.  Tom was argumentative and rude to my wife and hung up on her.  We filed a complaint to the BBB.  A few days latter an office workier called and said if WE could find the right color caulk or paint they would come and fix.  I found matching paint and they came out and repaired the damaged trim and flashing.  Never a call from the owner Tom.

I can accept anything as long as I am told all the facts and get good customer service.. I got neither of these. Don,t do business here . Period. In this day and age, customer service should be front and center.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND STARTED RIGHT AWAY. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. WE WERE SO VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY EVEN ASKED US HOW THE WINDOW AND SERVICE WAS A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER.
