John arrived on time and got right to work. The process took about 3 hours.John explained some things to my husband as he went along and gave us both an oral report before leaving. The written report along with photos was emailed to us. This I especially liked because of the ease to access the report when ever I needed to.In the course of the inspection John actually brought to our attention that one of our sump pumps was not on the correct setting he corrected it. John also left us with a packet which contained maintenance tips and other brochures for home owners. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

On three day's notice, John showed up 10 minutes late, but then did a thorough inspection. The inspection found a number of minor problems in the unit itself that I wouldn't have spotted, and made me aware to be sure to carefully check the condominium disclosure for the roof, porch, and other minor issues. He made sure I understood what he was talking about, and gave tips on maintenance issues I should watch out for. His report came back by the close of the day. I found the company both through Angie's List, and by my realtor's recommendation.

The inspector actually insisted that I go around with him. Showed me how to use all the appliances, and answered all of my questions. He was very, very good, as well as punctual, professional and provided high quality, outstanding work. He was very thorough. He even went on the roof!

A canister was left in a area that was draft free to get the best reading. We were notified when the canister was to be picked up and sent to the lab. We received a call in about ten days to tell us of the results and the results were mailed.

Scott was reasonably thorough and very knowledgeable (he is a contracter). I called a few days later to clarify some issues and he promptly returned the call. He gave me a good sense of what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. He did not examine the roof, which I didn't think about during the inspection, but I wish would have been included.

Best Report I have ever seen, nothing missed, every part of home inspected.
