Everything went well. The problem was diagnosed at Auto Fix - Duke of Oil in Highland, Indiana which did not work on transmissions. They referred me to Kand M. I took the Auto Fix report to Kand M Transmissions. Kand M knew exactly what the problem was from the error code. They scheduled me for the following Friday and told me the car would be able to drive between time. I brought the car in to Kand M the following Friday and they took care of the problem promptly and quickly. They also said that they reset a computer setting so that the car would re-learn the proper shifting timing. Since then the car runs a lot smoother that before.

Unlike other transmission places, K and M gave me a written firm quote. The quote was slightly higher than the estimate ranges of other repair places but no one else I spoke to would guarantee to fix it within their estimate. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. I had problems with the transmission soon after the repair, but K and M was true to their word. They provided me a rental car for the second repair and did not try to charge me for the second repair. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I talked to them about my transmission problems and they took my truck for a test ride. My transmission was slipping badly and making noise, as it had high mileage on it and was badly worn. They then asked me if I wanted to go ahead and have the work done and I said yes. The work was finished in one day and my truck's transmission was completely rebuilt and working great. my truck had a lot of dificulty shifting.the manual transmission had a broken clutch.kand m repaired it in 2 days.5 months later it is working great.i took it back for a noise and they repaired the u joints in one day.i trust these guys.
