Phil the inspector sat my wife and I down in the home he was inspecting to explain what he was going to look at and what he would not. he told us how good he was and that he has done thousands of inspections. He did his inspection and failed to go in the attic of the home. he did not test the sump pumps just looked at them. did not go on roof, did not even pull a ladder off his truck to get up close. used his camera to zoom in to look at roof. overall a poor inspection and a poor service. when we received his inspection and noted missing info of attic we called and spoke to Michael . he was to get in contact with Phillip and call us back. it took several days for us to speak with Phillip. at this time the clock was ticking on our responce to the seller 're any repairs that were to be completed and had to go off what we had. when Phill did speak to my wife he was condescending and stated he did go in attic. but did not recall where access was. advised does so many cant remember. SAD

Inspector was very thorough and explained everything he found in detail.

He definitely knew what he was doing. He found quite a few things that needed repaired including a leaky water heater. He was a nice guy.
