Gerber Collision & Glass - Schererville

Full of hassles. Refused to serve me, because I questioned some things in the estimate. Had to visit shop 5x's before work commenced. Was told they don't serve customers like me. Told us on 3 different occasions that our vehicle was complete and upon arrival found visible items that a professional should be able to scope and correct. Ranged from loose bumper, loose hanging light, fender spacing out of alignment, paint still wet and running off car, pin striping not straight and all the time we are coming back the next day, because the car is to be complete. Jen was terrible with her customer service.

Gerbers fixed it promptly and matched the paint very well

They were very polite. I did notice a tiny bit of paint dripping on the front of the car. It's so small that no one would ever notice, but I happened to catch it in the light. I didn't like that they cleaned the inside of my car. There was oily stuff all over and it took me forever to clean up what they cleaned up. I was not happy about that. I probably would not go back there, but I do not have terrible things to say about them. I was not 100% satisfied with them. There are so many other places to go that I would try somewhere else.
