the instillation of the furnace and air conditioning unit was top notch. earl explained several things to me that were hampering the effectiveness of the unit we had. he devised some changes in the duct work where it came off the furnace and assured me it would take care of some of the hot and cold rooms we had on our second floor. earl came back a few times after the instillation to adjust some motor switches on the unit and the temperature evened out thruout the house. it was very worthwhile. the reaon I switched from earl's to another company was because of the maintenance agreements over the next few years. the 6month checkups and service were not done correctly and the cost of these services continued to rise for which I did not believe I was getting my money's worth. so I switched to another company. when the maintenance checks began they were done right by a couple of his long term people. as these people were replaced the service was not near what it should have been.

Excellent service. Good communication. Prompt and on time service. Employees worked hard wile on site.

From the moment that the phone was answered at 8:04 a.m, four minutes after their at said they opened, everything went very well. Earl's was able to send out a repair person out the same day. That repair person arrived at the appointed time and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable price.

About nine years ago they replaced my furnace and air conditioning. 

Totally professional, good quality, I have no complaints.

The troubles have been minimum with the furnace they installed.

They are an excellent company. They've been in business for a long time and they built their business up by reputation. There was a warranty piece on the furnace and they brought it out promptly and put it in. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are regional here in NW Indiana but they give very prompt service. 

It's fixed right. They diagnose and tell you right away what it's gonna be and the cost. They don't waste any time, if  a part's not readily available in their warehouse, they tell you hey, it's gonna maybe be until tomorrow but I'm gonna substitute a piece to put in there. 

The quality of work is magnificent. They are very prompt and they are like family.

Very well. It turned out good. Very good. I compared them with other companies and I wanted to go with Trane products and they had all Trane products.

They are very good.  We no longer use them because we moved.  That was the only reason.  We didn't switch because we weren't satisfied.  We just went with someone local.  They were very good and very professional.  They came and did the job.  They were courteous, friendly and professional.

It came out well. They have also done some upgrade work duct work revising and replacing the duct work and stuff like that.

They were very professional they did not waste my time.

They showed up rapidly and everything they did was to my satisfaction. They found the problem and it wasn’t related to the boiler which was their boiler.

They were wonderful. The last repairman just overrode the thermocoupler instead of telling us we had a problem with it. They did everything well. They were friendly, prompt and clean. They talked to you and told you what was wrong, what they were going to do, and they did it.

I have always been pleased with their work.

The technician that came out told me we needed an interior coil cleaning and that I have a difficult access a/c unit. Another technician came out to clean the coil a few days later. We were quoted $675 to clean the coil, assuming that it was going to take a few hours of work to access the coil. The technician cut and repaired a couple of pipes, was able to clean the coil easily and was in and out in about an hour. We do not feel the charge should have been $678 for an hour's worth of work.

However, both technicians were prompt, courteous and professional.
