A wonderful experience from start to finish! Owner Ken Christensen gave us a complete evaluation of our heating and AC needs, including a complete inspection of all duct work, crawl space, etc. and recommendations for the new system best suited to our home. He also arranged for the crawl space work.Ken personnally supervised the complete removal of our old furnace and the beginning work on the installation of the new system. The technician, Dan, finished all installation work on  schedule except for some final duct work that had to be specially fabricated. Dan came back within 48 hours to finish the duct work and do a complete job site clean-up including removal of a very heavy concrete pad from the old AC unit. He also fixed a small leak in an old copper tubing line from the old system. He went over all the instructions for the new system and answered all of my questions.
It's now been one week and the new system is working perfectly! A truly great job!

They were supposed to show up one day and they didn't. The owner called that night and apologized. Otherwise they did a really good job. They may take on too much work.

They are very responsive, the employees are very nice and polite, and the owner is responsive and takes his time mapping out the job, making sure everythig works for your particular home. We don't shop with anyone else because they are good.

I called them because I had used them before and they were good. They have changed since then, and I was not at all satisfied. They caused a problem with my a-coil, the evaporator for my A/C, and it started to leak after they left. I called them several times and they would never come back and take care of it. They were very abrupt about it and not at all helpful. I really liked the company back when the father was running it, but it has changed now and I will not use them again.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. THEY KEPT THEIR MOUTHS SHUT THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE THERE. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND VERY FAST. I WOULD TELL MY FRIENDS THAT THEY ARE EXCELLENT.

I USE THIS COMPANY EVERY YEAR BECAUSE OF HOW GREAT THEY ARE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME AND ARE VERY RESPECTFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING WORK DONE.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. IT'S BEEN AN ON GOING RELATIONSHIP, AND I FEEL THAT THEY ALWAYS DO EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY ARE LIKEABLE AND EASY GOING PEOPLE.
