My furnace stop working last spring(2020) .. from the customer representative to technician (Mathew Chapman) my experience was very pleasant . The technician was prompt and professional he diagnose the problem with my furnace immediately and began service. The technician explained every procedure he performed all while respecting social distancing and wearing a mask . My furnace was completed in a very time fashion, I highly recommend Earl's heating and air conditioning located on 5050 W Lincoln Hwy, Schererville, IN 46375

They were just great, they came quickly, when they came to install the air conditioning unit it was quick and they left the area clean and neat, left immediately right after.

From the moment my email was answered, until Matt & Charlie walked out my door,I was treated with the upmost respect. Lauren was the consultant I met with. What a smart informed young lady. Lauren listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions in the most simple terms. She was very patient,I felt very much at ease with her. She presented her recomendations that would best suit my needs. She was unsure of a specific issue and didn't heistate to inform of of this . Lauren called Ken(owner) to get his input. Together they both came back the next day to assess the issue. ( Lauren had already earned my business, she just didn't know it yet!) They then presented the solution, again in simple terms! HIred!! Installation dates and times were finalized. As the installers showed up smiling, they each introduced themselves;Matthew,Thomas and Charles, what courteous young men! They gave me the plan for the day and right to work they went. Lauren stopped by to check on things. They were very careful to keep their work areas clean and safe. I was immediately consulted with all concerns that arose. I was given options and explanations. There were some serious plumbing issues brought to my attention that I would never have know about until they had become emergent!! They even let me know when they were going to lunch! At the end of the day I was given a report of the days work,the plan for the following day and who would be coming. Second day same as the first,work,work,work,smiles,smiles smiles! Except now we're on even friendlier terms; Matt,Tom & Charlie!! Final Day,job finished I was given a tour of the work. I was given tips and how to's, all my questions answered! I can't say enough about this company. Earl would be proud! I had done some research prior to reaching out for estimates. I then had five estimates for high efficiency furnace & AC replacement. Their estimate was within $500. of the other four. Their professionalism and dedication to my HVAC needs were above and beyond!!

Technician was a little behind schedule but did call to let me know he was on the way. He figured out the issue pretty quickly, changed out a defective part, added Freon and thoroughly cleaned the unit. This was a big relief as we have our house up for sale and I was dreading having to buy a new a/c unit. Have used Earl's in the past for service and to put in a high efficiency furnace. Would use again.

Steve at Earl's was great. He did a great job getting the air conditioner working and was very nice to my wife explaining what he did. Earl's was very responsive and came out right away to fix the problem. I would use them again!

Our experience has been very good. They were pricey and not on time. It's been awhile since we utilized them, it's probably been five years. The original Earls was very good, but it's not like it used to be many years ago. It was like a furnace recheck. They just came and looked over the furnace as it was, it was just a check up. We had Earls put in new furnaces for us. This goes back 15-20 years ago. When they put them in, we had two furnaces side by side. Those he took out was not very old. He said he would sell them, and I know he sold one to a church and never paid us for it. I don't know what he ever did with the other one, we never brought him back. The owner did this. He put in one furnace and replaced two. I know he sold one to his church because he told me that, he never paid me anything for it. The other one I don't know what happened to it, I just gave up on him.

Good service, but ridiculously expensive!! -Paid $149 fee for emergency repair - pricey but that was my choice and they were quick to arrive. Problem is, after agreeing to that fee and they arrived, I was gouged on price of repair since I was already on the hook! -Determined compressor wasn't turning on, and tech said he had to clean buildup on evaporator before any thing could be checked further; charged over $100 to spend 5 minutes hosing the outside of my AC unit off!!!!!!! -Problem then turned out to be capacitor, and was charged over $100 for that, even though these can be bought all day long for less than $20!!! Total bill was over $450 when it should have been NO MORE than $300 without price gouging!

Earl's Heating & A/C is an absolute pleasure to do business with! The equipment they installed is of superior quality, and the crew stayed late to complete the job on time as promised. Ken, the owner, explained exactly what we could expect from the system we selected. Tom & Ian, the installers, gave us a full demonstration of our new unit, paying particular note to the ease of operation and to our future cost savings. We couldn't even tell they'd been there by the way they cleaned up after the job. Another company tried to charge us a lot more but give us a lot less. Ken tailor-made a system that was not only perfect for our needs, but was well within our budget. His next day follow-up call to confirm our complete satisfaction with our new system was delightful to receive. He assured us at the beginning that his company's goal is to earn a client's trust, and gain a customer for life. He's done exactly that. Great job guys!!!!!!!!
