"We were disappointed to see your recent post of June of 2017 for work performed in June of 2012. We immediately reviewed your concern from 2012 and noticed that we did not perform any HVAC work for you. Our records indicate the last time we provided HVAC services for you was January of 2015 with previous visits of October 2010 and August of 2002. If our records are incorrect, please let us know. As we reviewed your concern, our records clearly showed you requested our after hour services. Emergency repair is a premium service that we offer at an elevated rate. This was initiated at your request. On Saturday, June 10, we dispatched our NATE Certified Technician to your home at 3:00 pm and he completed the requested service at 4:15 pm.
