I would not recommend them to anyone. The computer was not of good quality. I would go somewhere else.

Those guys are good. Their personal touch that they provide me with makes me one of their loyal customers. If you have a question on your computer or your computer is acting up on you, you can call them and they will give you advice over the phone. That is really nice. They are a family owned, small business. You are going to pay a little bit more if you buy a lap top from them. But for that little bit more that you are paying, whenever you have problems you can go in and talk to them. So it is worth that little that you have to pay more for the product. I love these guys. When my daughter graduated from high school I bought her a lap top, so I walked in there and told them what I want, what she is going to use it for, and then they told me exactly what I was looking for.

I found Computer Bay on Angie's List last year after Dell failed to fix my laptop after sending it there twice. Computer Bay diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. Unfortunately since the cause of the original damage was water damage, the laptop eventually died through the failure of the motherboard. After purchasing my new laptop, I took my desk top in because of what I thought was a failing video card because of constant blue screen crashes, and after a quick diagnosis they informed me it was not that, but a failing hard drive. They replaced the hard drive, reinstalled all of my data and and all of my "favorite" listings. Since I have gotten it back, my desk top is amazing, the speed is back and I am so much more comfortable with the data stored there.

They were able to retrieve information off of my computer's hard drive. It crashed and they were able to retrieve that data for me. They were very prompt, and I was able to pick up the computer after just a few days. And they were able to transfer everything to a flash drive. The price was more than reasonable.

They told me I could repair it for the same price of buying a new one or buy a new one cheaper. They were honest and I was pleased.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THEY WERE ALSO GOOD ABOUT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I WOULD'VE HAD. IT WAS AN ALL-AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE.
